Gluten Free On A Shoestring Whole Grain Focaccia Pizza

I have recently discovered GlutenFreeOnAShoestring.com. Nicole Hunn is the woman behind the greatness. She has two cookbooks and a TON of recipes on her website! All her recipes look sooooo good and scrumptious.

This was a pretty ambitious recipe (for me at least) to undertake. I was thinking it would be pretty hard to make a pizza from scratch, a gluten free pizza no less! But it wasn't that bad. Pretty easy actually. :) I used Better Batter, what Nicole recommends, for the all-purpose gluten free flour.

If you visit her recipe here, you will notice that her pictures look a little different than mine. When I make this again (and I will), there will be a couple of "wrongs to correct", (wrongs on my part by the way). I apparently have trouble following recipes sometimes. :/
Even though it didnt look exactly the same, it still tasted great!

This pizza was a big hit with the family. If you're wondering, this pizza has sausage and spinach for toppings.
I can't wait to try more of Nicole's recipes. Her website is awesome and easy to navigate. Sign up for her weekly newsletter...you won't be disappointed!
