This a very popular pin on Pinterest right now. It's got a couple different pins going around and the picture looks NOTHING like how it actually turns out, but it still tastes great.

I think the original recipe uses mayo instead of Greek yogurt so maybe that's where the difference of looks comes into play. In any case, this is still an easy and delicious gluten free option for dinner!
All you need is:
-1 Cup Greek Yogurt
-1/2 Parmesan cheese
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 1/2 seasoning salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together
Spread mixture over chicken breasts (I was only cooking 4, but this mixture could have easily covered double that amount.)
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
It's that simple!
Yes, it may not look that "great" but the taste totally makes up for it. Marshal could not stop talking about how good this was. I will definitely be making this again! And maybe trying other ingredients!
