Have porkchops? Have an apple or two?
Assuming that you have two other kitchen staples, cinnamon and brown sugar, you can make this meal!

Here's the specifics of what you need:
-2 pork chops (about 1/4 lb each)
-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-2 Tbsp brown sugar
-1 medium apple, cored and sliced
Place apples in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon
Cook pork in skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Cook just enough on both sides to lightly brown the chops.
Once browned, place the chops on top of the apples.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, until apples are tender.
We really loved this recipe. The apples really bring out the flavor of the chops.
