Turkey Burgers with Greek Yogurt "Mayo"


This is a fun and healthier dish than the ole regular burger but still tastes just as great. 

To make the burgers mix together: 
- 1 lb ground turkey 
- 2 T grated parm cheese
- splash of EVOO 
- any spices you desire (I used thyme, oregano & basil) 

I mixed these all together by hand because I feel like I can mix it all better together that way but feel free to use utensils if you don't want to use your hands. 




- Form into patties and cook on skillet or grill 


To make the sauce mix together: 
- 1 T lemon juice 
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
- 2 T sour cream 
- 1 T duck sauce 
- 1/2 t garlic salt 

*Tip: this sauce recipe doesn't make a lot so if you're expecting a big crowd, you may want it double or triple it 

- here's the duck sauce I used (gluten free of course) 

I know it sounds weird using duck sauce but it tastes awesome! 

The "mayo" would also make a great dip!
