4 Ingredient Spaghetti
Now that the holidays are winding down and everyone is preparing to get back to a "regular" routine, I thought I would share my easy 4 spaghetti recipe! It doesn't get much simpler than this!
This time I used Ronzoni rotini noodles, which I love. They taste great and are just the right texture!
For this 4 ingredient spaghetti, I used:
1 box of rotini noodles
-1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
-1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
-1 lb of ground beef
-Once the beef is browned and drained, I like to mix in the sauce and tomatoes and let it simmer for awhile to let the flavors soak in. I then cook the noodles according to the directions on the box and then mix in the beef mixture.
*we don't use a lot of spices, but if you wish to, you can always add your own while it's simmering or add some tomato paste which has some spices already mixed in
Finished product! As you can see, it makes quite a bit! It always lasts us at least 3-4 days, sometimes more. And it always tastes better as left-overs!
Serve with toasted bread and a veggie of your choice!
