Weekly Meal Plan #2

Since my first Meal Plan got such a great response, I thought I would post another one for you!


Monday: Apple Balsamic Porkchops  This is such a delicious meal. If you have apple lovers in your family, this will definitely be a big hit!

Tuesday: Chicken Casserole  One of my favorite meals growing up. Still love it to this day.

Wednesday: Protein Pancakes  What's better than pancakes for dinner?! Make extra and freeze for another meal during the week!

Thursday: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers   These may look intimidating, but they're super easy to make! And super delicious!!

Friday: Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple  If you don't have access to a grill, don't worry. These would be just as great in a skillet.

Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: More protein pancakes or eggs and bacon: simple but yet lots of protein!

Desserts: Berry Greek Yogurt Cake   or   Summer Blueberry Salad
